Present are the Absent is a documentary about three women, that are dealing with the absence of their loved ones, whom they had to leave behind in Ukraine, while staying at the luxurious but crowded Hotel in Poland.
The film premiered at the Netherlands Film Festival (NFF), was shown at Pakhuis de Zwijger and de Balie, and broadcast by VPRO, after it was available on NPO Start.
